Ellie recently joined Cushman & Wakefield full-time after interning with the firm in 2024. She works alongside industrial brokers Charlie Merwin and Clint Moe, focusing on owner-occupier services and tenant representation throughout the Northwest metro.



Much of her time is spent prospecting potential buyers and tenants, identifying companies growing in the market, and developing new business through cold calling and targeted marketing campaigns. She brings a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach to her work.



She graduated from Indiana University in 2026 with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. While at Indiana, she was a member of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, a selective, case-based program focused on preparing students for careers in commercial real estate through hands-on experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and industry fundamentals. As part of the program, she developed and presented real estate opportunities to a panel of judges.



Outside of work, she enjoys boating, golfing, playing pickleball, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
