Located in Minneapolis, MN, he has more than 18 years of industrial sales and leasing experience within the commercial real estate profession. Judd specializes in representing institutional, private, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and sourcing the equity capital stack in industrial real estate transactions. Over the past 5 years, Judd has raised capital in excess of $3 billion for Joint Venture, New Development and New Platform initiatives. He is skilled in property / investment valuation, transaction management, site analysis, and strategic real estate planning. Judd began his career with CBRE in 2012 and has been involved in more than 500 transactions, valued at over $15 billion and totaling over 200 MSF.
