Throughout his career, Peter has been honored for his commitment to excellence with several awards including the Rookie of the Year Award in 1992. A Century Club Member from 1995-1997, Peter has since received the Chairman's Club Award seven times which identifies him among the the top producers in brokerage. Since joining Welsh in 2005, Peter has successfully led his team to two of MNCAR's "Transaction of the Year" Awards in both 2006 and 2008. Peter and his Minneapolis Industrial Team continue to be among the top real estate teams in the Twin Cities, working on behalf of a variety of major developers, institutional owners, and Real Estate Investment Trusts.
