Lynn Boergerhoff is an experienced HOA board leader with 9 years of experience as board president of two townhome associations. Lynn founded the HOA Leadership Network (formerly the T&C Leadership Group) in January 2018 to connect and support HOA board leaders through education, collaboration, and research. The HOA Leadership Network hosts free monthly educational meetings for HOA board leaders and residents and provides resources on their website, through a blog, and on social media. Lynn has presented testimony on MCIOA legislative reform at the Minnesota Legislature. Lynn plays banjo, dances with his wife, Elaine, and enjoys serving as president of the HOA Leadership Network.
