As Managing Director of Forward Development Group (FDG), Konner Kearney is responsible for the overall management and corporate direction of the company. Mr. Kearney’s role is to drive the implementation of FDG’s strategic initiatives and growth, while overseeing all facets of the organization from acquisition to disposition.
As a development company, FDG has a diverse portfolio consisting of multi-family, mixed-use, retail, senior living, single family, and hospitality asset classes. Since joining FDG in 2016, Mr. Kearney and his team have managed and oversaw the entitlement and development of approximately $100MM in land transactions and $285MM in vertical construction. His specific areas of focus are navigating the equity and debt markets to capitalize ground up construction and orchestrating all transactional efforts on behalf of the company.
