Matthew Baker is an experienced Business Development Manager with more than 20 years in the construction industry. His career includes a decade in construction marketing and communications followed by 10 years in business development, bringing a unique perspective to relationship building and client engagement. Since joining SpawGlass in 2024, Matt has focused on developing business partner relationships and helping understand clients' needs, connecting them with the expertise and resources that will provide the absolute best construction experience.



Matt attended the University of Houston and remains active in various industry organizations. Originally from New Orleans and a Houston resident for more than 20 years, he and his wife, Jenna, stay busy raising their two sons, Oliver and Rowan.
