Daniel Garnier isn't just building a sign company. He's building the standard for one.

He learned the trade young, in the small print and signage shop his Venezuelan parents ran in Miami. After eight years in Houston's signage industry, he struck out on his own, opening Signs By G in June 2023. Three years later, the company employs more than 30 people, has reached $4.7 million in revenue, and landed No. 75 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 with 3,684% growth.
Hispanic culture bonds closely, and that closeness carries into the workplace, part of why Signs By G's team is largely Hispanic today. Daniel's focus is growing the company through team development: building career ladders so no one feels stuck, with everyone able to see the role above their own.
Signs By G handles signage, branding, and metal fabrication end to end, from storefronts to $300,000 installations across Houston. At 32, Daniel isn't optimizing for this year. He's building for the next ten.
