Darlene East is President and owner of Holes Incorporated, a Texas-based concrete cutting and removal company. She joined the company in 1996 as a dispatcher, became Vice President in 1998, and has served as President since 2003. With a background in accounting, she oversees strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and major business investments.

Darlene’s leadership is rooted in a people-first philosophy and a commitment to safety, dependable service, and continuous improvement. Having stepped into the family business following her father’s passing, she brings resilience and a strong sense of responsibility to her work. She is also involved in the construction industry through Associated Builders and Contractors and the American Subcontractors Association.

Outside of work, Darlene enjoys traveling with her husband, Greg, spending time with their children and grandchildren, and preserving family memories through scrapbooking.
