Sara is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex disputes involving real
estate, construction, and general business matters. She advises developers, investors,
lenders, property owners, and businesses in litigation arising from the acquisition,
development, ownership, operation, and management of real estate, as well as
business partnership and organizational disputes. Known for her thoughtful counsel
and strategic approach, Sara helps clients navigate high-stakes matters with a focus
on protecting business interests and achieving practical outcomes aligned with longterm objectives.
Sara’s experience includes disputes involving commercial real estate development,
investment, and lending; property management and property owners’ association
issues; land use restrictions; liens; and title and real property disputes. She also
regularly handles matters involving internal governance and ownership structure
issues within business entities. Sara represents clients through all stages of litigation,
from pre-suit strategy and risk assessment through trial and resolution.
Before joining Munsch Hardt, Sara practiced at a Houston-based law firm focused on
real estate and construction litigation. She began her legal career as a judicial clerk to
the Honorable Harvey Brown at the Texas First Court of Appeals. Prior to law school,
Sara worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, advising
on international trade, agriculture, and nutrition policy. She also gained policy
experience with an international trade organization and a privately held technology
company.
Sara is active in the Houston community, including involvement with Greater Houston
Area Young Life and Young Lives student ministries
