Brooke Koop is a Business Relations Coordinator with ANDRES Construction, where she focuses on building relationships and supporting business development efforts across the Houston market. Before joining the construction industry, Brooke spent eight years as an educator, bringing a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and relationship-building to her current role. She began her construction career with Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing, serving as a Business Development Associate for a year and a half before joining ANDRES Construction in 2026. Brooke is actively involved in the Houston construction community and serves on the Board of AGC Houston’s Women in Construction, while also participating in ASA and other industry organizations. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, supporting women in construction, and continuing to grow within the industry.
