Garrick R. Hamilton is a co-founder and partner of Schott & Hamilton, LLC where he serves as real estate counsel for a select group of investor clients and specializes in complex commercial real estate development and investment projects in St. Louis and throughout the United States. He also serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Keeley Properties, a real estate investment and development firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, where he provides oversight for all aspects of its legal services, including acquisition, leasing, incentives, financing, zoning and other development and property management activities, and supports the identification and engagement of new investment opportunities. Garrick started his career as an attorney with Husch & Eppenberger, LLC (now Husch Blackwell LLP) and then served almost 15 years as the General Counsel for The Koman Group.
Garrick was raised in Carthage, Missouri, attended Truman State University in Kirksville and then Saint Louis University School of Law, graduating in 2001. Garrick currently lives in St. Louis County with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Kellen, Ainsley and Carrigan.
