Bobby Mills is a Managing Director in the St. Louis office of Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), where he leads the firm’s Midwest expansion and specializes in multifamily investment sales on behalf of private capital and institutional property owners.
With more than a decade of experience, Bobby has been directly involved in more than $2 billion of multifamily transactions representing over 30,000 units. In addition to investment sales, he is actively involved in multifamily development, advising and working alongside local, regional, and national developers on site selection, capitalization, valuation, and disposition strategy.
Prior to joining GREA, Bobby served as Senior Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s St. Louis office, where he established himself as one of the Midwest’s leading multifamily investment sales professionals. During his tenure, Berkadia’s St. Louis Investment Sales team sold more multifamily units across the St. Louis market than all competing brokerage firms combined.
Bobby earned both a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of Dayton, where he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, live music, time with family and friends, and staying actively involved in the St. Louis community.
