Scott Dobbe, AIA, is Partner and President of GreenSlate Development Partners, where he leads the firm’s operations and long-term strategy. Trained as an architect, Scott began his career with Perkins & Will, HOK, and DLR Group before serving eight years as Executive Director of Omaha by Design, advancing the design, policy, and civic investments that shape livable communities. His work across land use, transportation, public art, and housing gave him a ground-level understanding of how cities grow and how public and private investment shape them. At GreenSlate, he brings that perspective directly to the work of real estate development, with a focus on projects that create lasting value for both investors and communities. Scott serves on the ULI Nebraska Executive Committee and previously chaired the City of Omaha Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission.
