Jack Suter is an attorney in McGrath North’s Real Estate Practice Group in Omaha. His practice includes real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, financing, and development. He assists clients with purchase agreement negotiations, due diligence, title and survey matters, and closing, as well as zoning, land use approvals, and tax increment financing. His work spans commercial, residential, and agricultural properties, with a focus on helping clients navigate legal requirements and move transactions and development projects forward. He was recognized in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Real Estate Law. Jack earned his law degree summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. He serves on the executive board of One Omaha, an organization supporting neighborhood leadership and community engagement.
