Alicia Stoermer Clark, CEO, has been with Seldin, LLC since 2004, holding direct responsibility for organizational design, strategic planning, and business development. While also overseeing the full-service real estate organization covering property management, commercial management, service/facilities, construction, and brokerage activities.
Dr. Clark holds a PhD in Human Capital Management, an MBA from Bellevue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Housing and the Near Environment from Iowa State University, in addition to many professional certifications. She has served on various boards including the Board of Directors of the National Affordable Housing Management Association and NAHMA Education Foundation and holds a real estate broker license in the states of Alabama, Iowa and Texas. Alicia is an Adjunct Professor, Research Chair and Dissertation Committee member in the Doctorate of Business Administration program at Bellevue University and previous Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska-Omaha’s College of Business.
