Sam Stahnke, P.E., MCM, LEED AP BD+C, has more than 17 years of experience providing clients with turnkey design-build solutions. As Vice President and Operating Partner of ARCO’s Kansas City division, Sam services new and existing clients throughout the region, as well as nationwide. He is dedicated to understanding the needs of the client and providing superior customer service in general contracting.

He is committed to the Kansas City community and serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Parkville Economic Development Council and a Board Member of the KC SmartPort Economic Development Council. He has recently been placed into ReJournal’s Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame and the KCBJ’s 20 to know in Construction series.
