Jim Gooley is Ebenezer’s Director of Business Development & Acquisitions. His background includes more than 35 years of extensive real estate experience. In his role at Ebenezer, he is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new growth opportunities, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships with developers on new senior living projects.

Before joining Ebenezer, Jim served as the Director of Development at Ryan Companies, where he led the site location and land acquisition process, as well as pursuing the full entitlements for new senior living communities in strategic growth markets in the Midwest, South, and Southeast.

His community and industry leadership include serving as the Chair of the Wayzata Planning Commission and on the University of St. Thomas Real Estate Board of Advisors. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. John’s University, along with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
