A licensed architect with more than two decades of experience, he previously served as an architect and Life Safety Code surveyor for the Minnesota Department of Health and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where he conducted surveys, performed plan reviews, developed regulatory guidance, and helped shape healthcare compliance programs.
