Kyal has 24 years of experience in all aspects of project, facility, and property management.

Combining his clinical operations and project management leadership skills, Kyal helps his healthcare clients transform their operational practices into highly efficient and functional environments. He also provides clients with a more comprehensive understanding and approach to problem-solving complex project issues. Kyal’s collaborative approach and caring nature promotes effective relationship building and improved teamwork. Kyal consistently achieves win-win results for his clients, while keeping all parties engaged and working as a team.

From leading hospital projects through design and construction to managing senior care developments from financing through move-in/start-up or coordinating complex remodels in occupied hospital and laboratory environments, Kyal’s style is collaborative, friendly and direct. He is detail oriented, but with an eye for the larger, strategic picture.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota, and a Certification in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas.
