Ken started at HUD in 2010 as a Project Manager in Asset Management and joined Production as a Senior Underwriter in 2015. To date, Ken has processed over 100 FHA applications for a total of over $1.5 billion in loan insurance. Prior to joining HUD, Ken worked for five years at the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency where he served on the Production, LIHTC Allocation, Supportive Housing Teams. Ken started his career in 1996 as a VISTA Volunteer and worked for three cities.

Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies (1994) and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning (1996) from the University of Kansas.
