Responsible for MHA educational programming including seven annual conferences and two certification programs. Continually tracks and evaluates all educational offerings to ensure quality and content that is relevant to a wide variety of member professions (owner, property manager, leasing professional, maintenance technician, etc.). Continually seeks out innovation in the multi housing industry to bring best practices and learnings to association members. Hires, trains, and manages staff, and manages volunteer leadership of association committees. Provides financial/budget management and general operational management.
