Tom Pohlad begins his first year as the club's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in
2026. He is the outgoing Executive Chairman of Pohlad Companies. In that role, he led the
Family Board and oversaw strategic direction of the family’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
Before that role, Tom held leadership positions across several Pohlad businesses, including
serving as CEO of PaR Systems and as President and COO of Carousel Motor Group.
Tom joined the Pohlad family business after graduating from Boston College in 2002.
He continues his engagement with the school as a member of the Boston College Board
of Regents and also serves on the Board of Trustees at Breck School.
