Lester Bagley is Executive Vice President of Public Affairs for the Minnesota Vikings. He serves on the Vikings executive leadership team and works closely with the Wilf family and Vikings ownership on managing the Vikings key initiatives - delivering a great experience for Vikings fans, connecting the team to the community, and bringing world championships to Minnesota.

In Bagley's day-to-day role, he oversees Vikings public affairs, public relations and community relations. During his tenure with the Vikings, Bagley has played a key role in some of the major accomplishments for the franchise over the past 20 years. He led the public advocacy and strategic efforts to secure community and legislative support for building the iconic U.S. Bank Stadium. He worked with Vikings ownership and Minnesota’s community leadership to secure the Super Bowl for this market and helped deliver an outstanding event for the NFL and for the State. Bagley is also part of the Vikings leadership team that planned and designed the new state-of-the-art practice facility and team headquarters that opened on March 5, 2018 in Eagan – Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center.

Lester attended the University of Minnesota and the University of Oxford before graduating from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a native of Barron, Wisconsin and he resides in Minneapolis with his wife Wendy and sons Michael and Charlie. He serves on a number of boards of directors and supports several community organizations in Minnesota and nationally.
