Effective community development relies on people. Achieving community equity centers decision making and investments on those people most impacted by intentional public sector and private market decisions which created current wealth disparities. We prioritize our work on removing barriers for people and creating ownership opportunities, building safe, accessible housing, offering better jobs, and ensuring a mindfully and safely built community. We track our outputs in hundreds of housing unit produced, thousands of hours of technical assistance to small business, millions of dollars of commercial investment, and billions of dollars of development. In the end, we measure our outcome on who is better off.
