Sam Eaton leads all investor communications and capital formation efforts for Timberland Partners, managing investment partner relationships and overseeing all partnership reporting. Previously, he served as Director of Development and Director of Investor Relations at Timberland Partners. Since joining the firm in 2019, his team has raised over $350M. Sam is a former infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sam began his real estate career with a Minneapolis-based multifamily developer.
