Todd A. Phillips is CEO of Legacy Property Trust. He has 28 years of experience in the taxation and finance industry including 20 years in commercial real estate. During that time, Mr. Phillips has owned his own real estate portfolio and invested alongside numerous partners.  He has also formed, bought, and sold several closely held businesses.  Mr. Phillips formerly held licenses as a CPA, Series 7, 22, 63 and 79, and also as a real estate broker, although he currently only keeps his law license active. Mr. Phillips has prior strategic tax experience at RSM's National Tax Office and two regional CPA firms. Todd has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University (1997) and a Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law (2004). During his education he was inducted into the honors societies of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma.  He is a former Board Member of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s, where he served as the organizations youngest director in its history.
