With more than 35 years of real estate development experience, Jim Bullis has shaped communities across the region, having developed over 4,000 multifamily units, 5,000 single family home lots, and 315,000 square feet of commercial space. Jim Bullis along with his business partners founded EagleRidge Development in 2013 with a mission of building the best properties in the best locations. The company and its affiliates build, manage, and own real estate projects, with landmark properties such as EagleRidge Plaza. In addition to EagleRidge Development, Jim is also the Chief Operating Officer and President of EagleRidge Realty Trust, a REIT that was formed in 2015 and now has over $400MM in total assets.
