Andy Andre brings nearly 30 years of real estate development experience to Oxford. His career is marked by a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. As Oxford's VP of Real Estate Development, Andy leads new project and redevelopment efforts within our 2.7MM SF+ portfolio. This includes working on property acquisitions, site and building designs, permitting with jurisdictions, construction administration, and representing Oxford with both internal and external stakeholders.
