Paul DiGiacobbe is a Business Development Manager at ARCO National Construction’s Cleveland division, where he leads business development efforts for complex industrial, cold storage, multifamily, mixed-use, and senior living projects for clients throughout Ohio and nationwide. With a background in civil engineering and experience spanning project management, preconstruction, and field operations, Paul brings a strong technical foundation and client-focused approach to every project. Since joining ARCO in 2022, he has played a key role in project feasibility, cost and schedule management, design coordination, and overall client satisfaction. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
