Zain Mikho is a real estate developer and founder of Woodward Capital Partners, a Detroit-based firm specializing in urban multifamily and mixed-use development that contributes to walkable communities in Detroit. The firm is currently developing The Roma, a 57-unit mixed-use building in Brush Park. Zain brings a background in finance, having previously held roles at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Bernstein Global Wealth Management. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
