Mike Pierson brings 30 years of construction industry expertise to his role as a seasoned executive, business owner, and investor. For more than 15 years, he has successfully owned and operated a commercial construction company, and he currently serves as Principal and Vice President of Dering Pierson Group in Rogers, Minnesota.
His career path - from carpenter and foreman to leadership roles at Life Time Fitness and Dering Pierson Group - reflects a rare combination of hands-on craftsmanship and strategic business acumen, backed by degrees in Construction Engineering and Business Administration.
Guided by a philosophy of doing the right thing and succeeding as a team, Mike leads with integrity as much as expertise. Beyond the office, he's a devoted husband and father of three sons, an enthusiastic outdoorsman, and a fixture on the sidelines cheering for high level volleyball.
