Lucas has overseen a portfolio of over 30 properties at Sterling Bay, totaling more than 4 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space. With over 20 years of property management experience, he has managed the operational opening of several new developments in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, including his current assignment at 360 North Green Street.

Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2017, Lucas was a Property Manager with Accesso Partners, Tishman Speyer, and Equity Office Properties, where he helped manage operations at a number of Class-A assets in the Chicago downtown market.

Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and Illinois Real Estate Broker license. He is a past President of the Chicago Real Estate Network (CREN) Board of Directors and an active committee member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chicago chapter.
