Patrick Tuohy is Senior Vice President of Multifamily Lending at Marquette Bank in Chicagoland and a respected commercial real estate finance professional with more than 40 years of industry experience. Patrick is an inductee into the Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, Tuohy has built a distinguished career by helping apartment owners and investors secure financing solutions while cultivating long-term client relationships based on trust, expertise, and exceptional service.

Tuohy began his commercial real estate career in 1982 with Merrill Lynch, where he raised capital for multifamily limited partnerships, and later worked as an investment banker with Prudential Capital Funding. Eighteen years ago, he joined Marquette Bank and played a key role in expanding its multifamily lending platform, helping establish the bank as a leading lender for apartment owners and operators throughout the Chicago market. Today, he helps manage a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in assets and is widely recognized for his ability to adapt to changing market conditions while consistently delivering value to clients.

Known for his passion, dedication, and client-first approach, Tuohy views his work as more than a profession.
