Michelle Jester is Chair of Messerli Kramer’s Banking & Finance group and focuses her practice on banking and finance transactions, with an emphasis on matters involving real estate. She represents commercial banks, nonprofit lenders, creditors, and developers in complex financing matters, including equity bridge lending for affordable housing, construction financing, warehouse lines, and other real estate-secured lending transactions. Michelle brings extensive experience advising lenders and nonprofit organizations on the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of financing and investment transactions supporting affordable housing developments.
